About Bollo's

Bollo's began with the vision of Ranae Bolognese Gillie of Gillies Restaurant, to expand the baking repertoire of Gillies and bring gourmet coffee to downtown Blacksburg.
Using her Italian heritage as inspiration and maiden name, Bolognese,
Bollo's Cafe & Bakery was born on May 7, 1994.

Featuring natural, from scratch, bread, pastries, gluten free and vegan baked goods, gourmet coffee, espresso drinks, and frozen smoothies, Bollo's eclectic earthy, and urban atmosphere is a true cafe experience.
